Electrify Equity is collaborating with the Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) to bring energy savings directly to our community. Eligible residents may qualify for a free home energy audit and can receive potential energy efficiency upgrades, helping to lower energy bills and enhance comfort.

Conduct a professional home energy audit to identify ways to save on energy costs. If your household qualifies, we can provide energy efficiency upgrades at little to no cost through Electrify Equity. We'll assist you step-by-step with the application process, including support with forms if needed.

For households participating in the Electrify Equity program, the following maximum income limits apply for those seeking energy efficiency upgrades and home energy audits: 

Household (1) has a maximum income of $72,950

Household (2) has a maximum income of $83,400

Household (3) has a maximum income of $93,800

Household (4) has a maximum income of $104,200

Household (5) has a maximum income of $112,550

Household (6) has a maximum income of $120,900

Household (7) has a maximum income of $129,250

Household (8) has a maximum income of $137,550

Household (9) has a maximum income of $151,300

Household (10) has a maximum income of $165,050

Each Additional Person: $13,750
